Manager of HERproject, Business for Social Responsibility (BSR)

Racheal Yeager leads a number of supply chain initiatives at Business for Social Responsibility (BSR), including HERproject, a BSR initiative that addresses women's health needs in global supply chains by working with multinational companies, factories, and local NGOs. As HERproject manager, Yeager oversees the implementation of HERproject pilots within factories in the initiative’s focus countries—China, Egypt, India, Pakistan and Vietnam, as well as the 2010 expansion into Bangladesh. She also directs program alignment, communications, development outreach, private sector recruitment and related research with the International Finance Corporation on programs and policies that support women’s equality and empowerment in special economic zones around the world.
