Laura Herman leads FSG’s Global Health focus. FSG is a nonprofit organization that accelerates the pace of social progress by helping corporations and foundations boost their impact in the field. Herman's work has taken her to Ghana, Mauritania, Senegal, Uganda, South Africa, India, Pakistan, and Peru, where she evaluated partners, assessed impact and opportunities for new initiatives, and developed relationships for long-term strategic initiatives. She has over 12 years of strategy consulting experience with corporations, foundations, and international nonprofit organizations advising clients on program design, evaluation, market analysis, organizational alignment, and stakeholder engagement across a wide range of issues.
