Kay Urban serves as President and CEO of the Americas for global travel technology company, Amadeus. A 20+ year industry veteran, Urban is responsible for Amadeus’ business units serving customers including travel agencies, travel management companies, airlines, hotels, car rental companies, and cruise lines in the U.S., Canada, and Latin America. She oversees sales and marketing, commercial operations, strategic planning and business development, and customer support and training. Urban has previously been named by Travel Agent Magazine as one of the “Most Powerful Women in Travel.” She has been an Advisory Board member for TravelCom and was recognized by the Association of Corporate Travel Executives as a Distinguished Fellow.
