Joaquim Croca

Head of Health Solutions, Vodafone Group Plc

Joaquim Croca joined Portugal Vodafone in 2002. Since that time, he has held various positions at the local and global level in technology, government relations and external affairs. Presently, Croca leads the structuring of a new business unit focusing on health solutions. As global Head of Corporate Responsibility Performance & Reporting, he took the lead on non-financial external reporting, stakeholder communications, managing a range of projects using mobile telephony to advance development, mainly in emerging economies, and supervising a global network of subsidiaries on corporate responsibility issues, performance and reporting. Before his tenure at Vodafone, Croca spent 15 years in the Portuguese Navy, as a navy officer, where he became a specialist in radiation hazards.
