Awards for Excellence in Business Action Dinner

Post-Conference Reception and Dinner Events

GBC’s Awards for Excellence in Business Action on HIV/AIDS, Tuberculosis, and Malaria Dinner is the centerpiece of an evening where you’ll:

  • hear from influential speakers;
  • network with leaders from business, government, and civil society;
  • support the Coalition's work to join the forces of business, civil society and government together;
  • and hear about the best programs and partnerships, what makes them work and the impact they're making.

In previous years, our dinner speakers have included Bono, Richard Branson, Bill Clinton, Ban Ki-Moon, and Fareed Zakaria.

Buying an all access pass includes one ticket (transferable) to the Annual Conference.

This year's dinner program includes awards presentations by

  • Dr. Michel Kazatchkine, executive director of The Global Fund to Fight AIDS, TB and Malaria
  • Dr. Helene Gayle, President and CEO of CARE USA

All dinner guests are invited to attend a special cocktail reception that brings together executives from award-winning companies along with partners from governments and NGOs—a great time to chat with prospective partners and connect with your peers from around the world.

Where: Renaissance Washington, D.C. Downtown Hotel
When: Tuesday, June 8, 2010. Cocktails and VIP Reception at 6:00 p.m. Dinner at 7:00 p.m.
